If there are luggages coming along with passengers, what is the maximum number of passengers that can fit in a 13-seater van/ 10-seater van?
With luggages included, the 13-seater vehicle can fit a maximum of 9 People and 10-seater vehicle can fit 7.
I have made a booking for a Pick-up at the Airport, where do I meet my Partner-driver?
Pick-up point will be at the Coach Bay.
How much time am i given at the Pick-up Point?
You are given 10 minutes grace period, thereafter $0.50/min waiting charges applies.
